We are all looking forward to being together again in person. How do we approach our "next normal" in a way that feels comfortable and manageable?

Join Or Atid friends and Hadassah Margolis, LICSW, as we explore how to leverage our resiliency to manage uncertainty about the world “opening up” around us. This interactive workshop will provide tips and tricks for cultivating hope and handling anxiety.

This program is being made available free to all participants thanks to a grant from The Ruderman Synagogue Inclusion Project.
