Thank you to everyone who joined me—whether in person or virtually—for the State of the University address. It was an honor to reflect on our shared achievements, discuss the challenges that we face, and outline our vision for the future.
As I said in my remarks (PDF), the state of Pace University is dynamic and resilient. We are a place where ambition meets expertise and passion drives success. Together, we continue to rise to every challenge, propelled by our shared commitment to Opportunitas.
To ensure we continue to deliver on our mission, I will leave you with four critical points I mentioned on Monday.
- First, we remain laser-focused on student success, from recruitment and retention to graduation and beyond.
- Second, we’re committed to growing our academic reputation through innovative programs and faculty excellence.
- Third, we’re ensuring that every resource we invest reflects our values and strategic priorities.
- Fourth, we’re cultivating partnerships that advance our mission locally and globally.
In the address, I placed a strong emphasis on our Pace family, because without all of you, none of what we have accomplished or will accomplish would be possible. I am confident in the future of Pace because I am confident in all of you.
