One Year Later

On this very day one year ago, in the face of a new and changing pandemic, the full WithinReach staff transitioned to working from home. We couldn't have imagined the overwhelming challenges our communities would face in the coming year. Our work became more relevant than ever before, and we are proud that we were able to keep our staff safe while supporting families every single day.

Our remote work has allowed us to be a strong and ongoing resource for families during the COVID-19 crisis. We are hiring and strengthening our networks across the state, making it possible for us to connect with communities on a deeper level. Our staff has grown to 64 people! We celebrate the dedication and perseverance of our team – they are truly the heart of our work.

Building a System of Support

As the state affiliate for Help Me Grow, WithinReach is working with partners to build a coordinated system of support across the state to help families in the pandemic and beyond. We strive to create a system that runs both wide and deep, and is focused on reducing the barriers people face when seeking help.
