Sin is not always ugly it may be beautiful and attractive. For example, Eve saw the fruit of the tree as beautiful and attractive and something to be had. God has blessed us with free will and a choice. God desires us to make wonderful choices in freedom and grace. However, we know that sometimes we fail to do this because sin can be sneaky and deceiving, even in its attractiveness.
When we submit ourselves to the power of God’s love our eyes are open to the darkness of sin as we are made to see our nakedness of selfish choices. God desires to show us the beauty of freedom and conscience and to recognize sin and reject it. This is our task, and it can be difficult at times, so we need to remain in God’s loving grace.
