Reflections with Fr. Mark
Dear Parishioners,

I was a Boy Scout for some time when I was young.  The motto of this organization is: “Be Prepared.” The members were always reminded of the meaning of this motto, holding that “you are always in a state of readiness in mind and body to do your duty.”

This motto could also help us in our Christian journey in our preparing for the coming of Christ while living out our faith journey. Our scriptures remind us: “You also must be prepared, for at an hour you do not expect, the Son of Man will come.” How do these words inspire you to live today?

The journey continues…preparing!

Blessings,

Fr. Mark
