Online enrollment for all grades for the 2021-2022 school year began on August 5th. Families completing the application for students continuing within the MMSD will complete the enrollment process fully online and will be asked to schedule an appointment with their school only if they need to verify date of birth and/or parent-student relationship. Here is some information if you have forgotten your Infinite Campus login or password.

Class Schedules & Bell Schedule

Starting Monday, August 23rd, students and families can access their class schedule through the Infinite Campus Parent/Student Portal. If you see an error or want to make a change request, you will be able to submit our Schedule Change Request Form (Google form will be available from counselors starting Monday, August 23rd). While requests will be processed starting Wednesday, August 25th, we cannot guarantee that requests for schedule changes will be approved. School staff will work with you as to what is possible. Please note these guidelines when considering a schedule change request.

Lifetouch will be at West on Monday, August 30th and Tuesday, August 31st from 8:30 am-4:00 pm to take student photos for the yearbook and student IDs. Pictures will be taken in the Van Hise Gym. There will also be a make-up day in the LMC on September 7th from 7:30-4:00. Stay tuned for more information!

- Universal Masking -- Masks will be worn by students and staff in district buildings and on buses. Wearing masks will be optional for students and staff when in outside environments.
- Physical Distancing -- Three feet will be maintained to the greatest extent possible.
- Contact Tracing -- Contact tracing of COVID-19 cases will continue to be performed by school nurses. The quarantine period for close contacts required by the district will be decreased to 7 days if the close contact tests negative for COVID-19 on day 5 or 6 after exposure. If the close contact is not tested the quarantine period remains 10 days.
- Universal Health Screening -- Both students and staff will screen their health daily and fill out the daily screener sent via email. It's critical that staff and students stay home when sick and fill out the screener.
- COVID-19 Testing -- West health office staff will be able to perform Rapid Antigen Testing, as well as PCR testing for any symptomatic staff or students.

Freshmen Orientation & Tours

|
Incoming freshmen will get tours and orientation activities on their first day of school, September 2nd. We will be planning new student tours for incoming 10th-12th graders for September 1st. More info to come!
