West will be open for ID pictures for new and returning students on Wednesday, August 21st from 12pm-6pm and on Thursday, August 22nd from 7 am -1pm.  Please enter in the Athletics Welcome Center on Regent Street. SAVE THE DATE: students are encouraged to pick up their IDs at this time.

Online enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year begins August 5 at https://www.madison.k12.wi.us/registration-enrollment .Families completing the application for students continuing within MMSD will be able to complete the enrollment process fully online.  Families will be asked to schedule an appointment with their school only if they need to verify the date of birth and/or parent-student relationship or have a change to key information via Zoom. Review the enrollment checklist to ensure you have the enrollment verification documents ready before submitting an online application or meeting with school staff.  24-25 Student schedules will be available in IC starting on Monday, August 26th.

2024 diplomas will be available for pick up Monday-Thursday (8 AM-4:00 PM) at Capitol High School, 3802 Regent St.  Please email fjackson@madison.k12.wi.us or call 608 204-3073  with the date and time you'd like to pick up your diploma so it will be ready for you.

This is a reminder that the West is closed for summer construction until August 19th.  There will be various electrical and water shutdowns this summer so staff will not be working in the building.  West secretarial and administrative staff will be at Capital High, 3802 Regent Street from 8 am-4 pm M-Th.  The building is projected to open on Monday, August 19th.

For seniors that did not pick up your yearbook, you can do so M-Th at our summer location–Capital High School.  Hours 7:00-3:00.  Underclassmen will have to wait until school resumes in fall.
