The culture, the energy, the music, the food, and most importantly the people, make it a truly special place.
Our Accommodations
We have secured 6 additional rooms at the Hotel Nacional in Havana.
Once those rooms are filled the trip is sold out.
The Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - January 25th - Welcome to Havana
· Airport Transfers from Jose Marti Airport to the hotel
· Hotel Check-in

· Free time to relax or explore the local area

Day 2 - January 26th - Exploring Havana
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Classic Car Tours of Havana
· Lunch at Paladar Eutimia
· Old Havana Walking Tour
· Return to hotel/free time before dinner
· Dinner at the hotel
· Evening: VIP access to the Havana Jazz Festival events
Day 3 - January 27th Day Trip to Varadero
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Bus ride to Varadero
· Catamaran “Seafari” to Caya Blanco Beach
· A day at the beach
· Lunch at the beach
· Bus ride back to Havana
· Dinner at Malecon 663

Day 4 - January 28th Explore Havana
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Free time in Havana
· Each group will be provided with information and guidance on things to do in
Havana on your free day. Or you can do nothing and relax

Day 5 - January 29th A Taste of the Real Cuba
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Excursion to Callejon de Hamel
· Community Service Project Engagement
· Lunch at a local Paladar (private restaurant)
· Shopping for souvenirs & Cigars
· Dinner at a local Paladar (private restaurant)
· Evening: VIP access to the Havana Jazz Festival events
Day 5 - January 30th Day Trip to Vinales
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Bus ride to Vinales
· Cuban Tobacco Farm visit
· Lunch at a Local restaurant
· Horseback Tour of Vinales Valley
· Bus ride back to Havana
· Farewell Dinner at the hotel
· Evening: VIP access to the Havana Jazz Festival events
Day 6 - January 31st Explore Havana
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Free time in Havana
· Each group will be provided with information and guidance on things to do in
Havana on your free day. Or you can do nothing and relax

Day 7 - February 1st - Adios Havana
· Breakfast at the hotel

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please DO NOT USE THE WORD CUBA in the reference sections of your payments.
Although we are allowed to travel to Cuba the US government still has embargoes in place against the Cuban government. Banks and banking platforms are not allowed to process transactions referencing Cuba.
Please put the trip month and HVC-Jazz in the reference field.
Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS for this trip.
Once we send funds to Cuba the engagement is confirmed.
I will help you sell your trip if you have to cancel.
Covid Entry Requirements
Cuba has suspended its testing and vaccination mandates.
You do not need a negative test or vaccination to enter the country.
WhatsApp Chat Group
We will set up a private WhatsApp chat group for trip attendees to connect and share before, during, and often after the trip.
Trip Insurance
We always suggest that attendees purchase a travel insurance policy to cover themselves in the event of a medical emergency. Your visa to enter Cuba includes a policy for medical care in the event of a medical emergency in Cuba. You are not required to purchase a medical travel insurance policy for this trip.
International Flights to Havana
Many U.S. carriers service Havana. The airport code is HAV.
Your flight should arrive on January 25, 2025
Your return should depart HAV on February 1, 2025. Please schedule your flight anytime after 9 AM and before 5 PM to best facilitate transportation.
If it is possible please book your flight on one of these recommended itineraries:
- Southwest has a flight from FLL arriving late morning to mid-afternoon
- Delta has flights from FLL arriving late morning to mid-afternoon
- American has a flight from FLL arriving late morning to mid-afternoon
