The Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Cairo - 10th October 2023
Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport and then he will escort you to the hotel by exclusive air-conditioned vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.
Meals: Welcome Dinner
Day 2: Giza Pyramids and Sphinx - 11th October 2023
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then at 08:00 am met by your personal guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mykerinus, the famous Sphinx and Valley temple facing the great statue. Lunch will be served at a good quality local restaurant. Overnight at Your hotel in Cairo.

Day 3 - Fly to Hurghada - 12th October 2023
Check out from the hotel, then transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Hurghada where you will be met and assisted, then taken by an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Hurghada overnight. You will stay in that hotel for 5 nights on an all-inclusive basis until 17th October 2023.

Day 4: 13th October 2023 - The Super Desert Safari Excursion
It starts at 14:00 and ends at 20:30.
Picked up by Jeep safari then going to a tent in the desert, includes:
40 minutes of quad bike
20 minutes of spider cars
10 minutes of camel riding
Bedouin tea
Safari by the jeep in the desert
including shisha pipe, enjoying barbecue dinner followed by an oriental show, belly dancing, then going back to the hotel.

Day 5: 14th October 2023
BTM Egypt Reunion Resort Beach Party.
The name pretty much says it all. We are having a party on the beach.
Music, cocktails, our travel family, and good friends are all we need
Days 6, and 7 October 15+16 are free days at the resort
Our 5-Star resort property has a private beach, pool, bars, gym, and a number of watersports and guest activities. I am also arranging for us to have a reunion beach party, desert safari, a yacht or catamaran party, and other "off campus" optional activities. The Hurghada nightly is amongst the best that Egypt has to offer. I will also put together a list of "After-Dark" activities at local clubs and lounges. We will definitely get our party on.
Day 8: 17th October 2023
After breakfast, transfer to Hurghada Airport for flight Cairo.
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and overnight in Cairo

Day 9: Final Departure - 18th October 2023
Free time at your leisure, then you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your final departure. End of our service.

Package Prices and Descriptions
Single Occupancy $2625
A single occupancy package is for one person in a private room.
Double Occupancy $1875
A double occupancy package is for one of two people sharing a room with 2 beds.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
All deposits are due at the time of registration

Installment Payment Schedule
Your remaining balance can be paid in up to five monthly installment payments on the following schedule:
Installment Payment Amounts $325 Double // $450 Single
- Installment payment is due on May 15, 2022
- Installment payment is due on June 15, 2023
- Installment payment is due on July 15, 2023
- Installment payment is due on August 15, 2023
- The final and full payment is due on September 15, 2023
All trips must be paid in full by September 15, 2023
Payment Method
Payments can be made via Zelle to my phone number which is (919) 395-5613.
Please EGT-OCT in the reference sections of your payments.
You will receive an email receipt confirming each payment received.
You will also receive an updated invoice every month with details of your completed payments and the remaining balance.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy
- Deposits are fully refundable for 10 days.
- Cancellations 30 days after the deposit date will be refunded 75% of the total paid.
- Cancellations 60 days after the deposit date will be refunded 50% of the total paid.
- Cancellations 90 days after the deposit date will be refunded 25% of the total paid.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
We advise you to purchase a trip cancellation travel insurance policy to cover your investment in the event of an emergency requiring you to cancel.
Covid Entry Requirements
Egypt has suspended all covid vaccination and testing requirements
Private Facebook Group
As with all Reggie & Friends or BTM trips, all attendees will be invited to a private Facebook group for those attending the trip.
WhatsApp Chat Group
We will also set up a private WhatsApp chat group for trip attendees to connect and share before, during, and often after the trip.
Trip Insurance
We always suggest that attendees purchase a travel insurance policy to cover themselves in the event of a medical emergency.
International Flights
Many U.S. carriers service Cairo. The airport code is CAI.
Our trip begins on October 10, 2023. Your flight should arrive on that date.
Your return flight should depart Cairo on October 18, 2023
