Dear Neighbor,

The Office of Planning and Zoning needs your help to develop strategies for the Region 6 Plan! What are you most interested in seeing in your community, when it comes to the natural environment, parks, and recreation?

Draft Strategies Questionnaire | ENGLISH
Cuestionario Preliminar de Estrategias | ESPAÑOL

This questionnaire closes at 11:59 pm on March 20, 2025. Please respond if you live, work, or play in Region 6! Limit to one submission per person. It takes an average of 10 minutes to complete all responses.

This is the first of a series of questionnaires to get community input on the draft strategies for the Region Plan. This questionnaire addresses natural environment and recreation issues.

Later in the planning process, you will be able to review draft strategies for other important topics, such as economic development, housing, transportation, and land use. These topics are all interrelated, but we address them one at a time to help focus discussions.

For more information about the region planning process, visit the Region 6 Hub site, where you can access findings from initial community outreach and other important milestones.

Please share this email with organizations and groups you are involved with, neighbors, family, and friends! The more people we hear from, the more the Region Plans can reflect the perspectives of all of Anne Arundel County.

Stakeholder Advisory Committee

The Region 6 Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) will meet on March 11, 2025, in the Chesapeake Room at the Heritage Complex (Second Floor, 2664 Riva Rd, Annapolis, 21401). Beginning at 5:30 pm, the group will cover the topics of schools.

To watch previous SAC meetings or view meeting materials, visit the Stay Involved section of the Hub site.
