Summer Quarterly News Update

Greetings Region II Members!

As summer begins to wind down, we find ourselves back in the familiar rhythm of the school year. The halls are once again filled with the eager faces of students, and educators across the country are diving into their lesson plans and curricula. With this return to our normal routines, it's the perfect moment to pause and consider our professional development and connections within the career and technical education (CTE) community.

Now is an ideal time to ensure your ACTE membership is current and to take full advantage of the benefits it offers. Are you planning to attend our upcoming conferences? Don't forget that as a member, you're eligible for discounted registration fees, allowing you to network and learn from peers while keeping costs manageable. Looking to expand your skills? Your membership grants you access to CTE Learn, our comprehensive professional development platform. And of course, you'll continue to receive our award-winning Techniques magazine, keeping you informed about the latest trends and best practices in CTE. These are just a few of the many perks available to you as an ACTE member.

For our ACTE Region II members, your dedication to CTE in the southeast is truly inspiring. As we embark on this new academic year, let's challenge ourselves to reach even greater heights. Your unique perspectives and experiences contribute to the rich tapestry of our organization. Let's use our ACTE membership to forge stronger connections, share innovative ideas, and advocate for the importance of CTE in our schools and communities. Together, we can elevate the quality of education and career preparation for students across our nation, setting them up for success in an ever-evolving job market. Your commitment to excellence in CTE makes a difference every day – let's make this year our most impactful yet.

Sincerely,

Dustin Davis-Austin
