Drops:
Please e-mail jsams@texasfccla.org by Wednesday at noon if you have any entries that are no longer competing so they can be removed from the schedules.

Substitutions:
Please request substitutions in the conference registration site if the replacing student is not already registered. If you need to substitute with students that are already registered, please e-mail jsams@texasfccla.org.

Substitutions:
Competitive Event schedules for Region V will be updated later this week. Region V advisors will be notified once the updated schedules are posted.
Check In Procedures
  • Competitive Event Check-in will be via text message on the morning of competition. The advisor listed as the primary advisor in the national FCCLA portal should expect a text message from the Lead Consultant(s) in all events their students are entered in during the designated time listed on the event schedules.

  • Advisors have until 15 minutes prior to the first team of the day’s event start time to respond and confirm entries without penalty.

  • If advisors respond after 15 minutes prior to the first team of the day’s event start time but before the event begins, they are considered a late check-in and must pay a $25 late check-in fee.

  • If advisors do not respond or if they respond after the first team of the day’s event start time, the entry is considered a no-show and will be unable to compete.
