Support the AHASFV - MAY FLOWERS FUN SHOW on May 7th - Santa Rosa Valley Eq Park in Camarillo - come help with this youth fundraiser for their youth judging team travels.
Region 2 sponsors an Endurance Challenge each year coinciding with AERC competition year, Dec 1st through Nov 30...Join AHA through a local club, ride a registered Arabian/Half Arabian in 4 endurance rides, and receive a Region 2 Bronze level award. Ride in 8 rides and receive a Platinum award. For more information go to region2.org/regional events.
Region 2 Championship Show- This year has us celebrating "staying alive" with 50+ years and we plan to do some disco-themed events, with music, decorations, etc, and hope to have a fun class with that theme, lots of youth activities as well during the show, and maybe convince our judges to dress as we did during the 70's and listen to that great disco music from the center ring!
Bring your friends and family, and, of course, we could use your help with volunteering as a show cannot be managed and done with only 4-6 people! Please sign up to help!

Our all-breed schooling show offers tests at all riding levels including walk only. This is a great opportunity to try out English or Western dressage or sharpen your skills and rise to the next level. More information can be found on the website including an online fillable entry form.
We will also be featuring a demonstration of the equestrian sport of Working Equitation. Relatively new to the US this sport is growing in popularity.

The AHACO Prize List is posted. This is an AHA/USEF Regular Show and a double qualifier, earning two sets of qualifications for Regional and National competitions.

Mosey on over to the Snake River Stampede Arena and join cowboys and cowgirls from all over the US and Canada to compete at the Region 4 Cow Horse Championships.

Congratulations to Cami Starlin and Kaycee Dille on winning the Central States AHA Sharon Keating Memorial Scholarship! Kaycee is the newly elected President of our Central States AHA Youth program and Cami is the newly elected Vice President. Both young ladies plan to use their scholarship at the MO-KAN Border Bonanza Horse Show in Sedalia, MO.
Our spring membership drive added 15 new Central States AHA members and Fan Club Members -- Welcome All!
Central States AHA will host two Meet an Arabian Horse events over the next few weeks:
- MO-KAN Border Bonanza Horse Show in Sedalia, MO on April 22.
- Tractor Supply in Columbia, MO on May 6.

We have great people and we want YOU to come and have a good time with us --- We have everything there is including Carriage Driving, In Hand Trail, Sport Horse Dressage Type & Hunter Type Classes, Liberty.. and let's just say that the Dog Obstacle Course is going to be great as well!!
