Social Media Influencers Takes a Ride with VanStar

Last fall the popular @XPLR.Nash and @emilyunscripted social sites joined our VanStar team to show commuters how they can save money, de-stress and improve their daily commute.

The influencers helped showcase the popular rideshare option, its benefits and the new vehicles now available to younger professionals and tech-forward employers.

Social media campaigns are a new way to inform younger riders who are more open to alternative methods of commuting.

Free Lunchtime Shuttle now in Franklin

Franklin Transit, operated by the TMA Group, recently launched a new Lunchtime Shuttle connecting Downtown Franklin and The Factory, Monday through Friday, 11:30 am – 2 pm.  The free service is all about enhancing access.  Whether you work downtown, are visiting for the day, or live nearby, the new service makes lunchtime travel simpler and more sustainable—especially as parking becomes more limited.  In addition to the Lunchtime Shuttle, the holiday Hop & Shop, a free Saturday shuttle helped move shoppers from Downtown to The Factory.  Hop & Shop recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.
