Making A Difference On The South Coast
We Collaborate to Enhance Economic Development Through Sustainable Tourism!
TSOC & Network Share Leadership
Julie Miller to lead both
Over the past year it has become clear that Travel Southern Oregon Coast (TSOC) and the OSCRTN Network have an incredible and unique synergistic relationship. One that has created a regional partnership that has made significant impacts on the Southern Oregon Coast. And quite frankly has caught the attention of tourism partner’s state wide.

The TSOC board and Network core team want to bottle that strategic relationship and make sure that our partnership continues to make a difference in the future. They feel by sharing leadership they can do just that through streamlining efficiencies, maximizing effectiveness and leveraging programs, projects and funding.

Think of it as simplifying the South Coast tourism flow chart. Nothing will change on the outside. The Network is still focused on leveraging relationships, opportunities and dollars. Still building regional trust, creating consensus, collaborating to make an impact and acting as an information hub for anything tourism.

The Network still has a Manager, Julie Miller. The only difference is that Miller is also the Executive Director of TSOC.
2019 People's Coast Summit
The Oregon Coast Visitors Association (OCVA) presents the 2019 People’s Coast Summit, Monday, October 7th & Tuesday, October 8th in Garibaldi.

OCVA's annual summit is an end-of-season industry gathering where participants can gather to decompress from the busy season, share experiences with colleagues and make new contacts.

Guest speakers provide opportunities for big picture thinking about our industry, and workshops offer nuts and bolts skills which business owners can return home and apply immediately.

They have intentionally left ample social/networking time between sessions for you to mingle and connect.

Summit registration opens August 1st and fee's included all meals, workshops and entertainment.
