You Are Invited to join youth leaders from other churches to give your input about regional youth ministry in the upcoming year and the 2025 Youth and Young Adult Retreat!

Dear Partners in Youth Ministry,

I pray you are doing well! Before we get into the thick of the holiday season, I want to invite you and those who lead youth and young adult ministry in your church to a Zoom meeting on Monday, November 4th, at 8 PM. We will spend the first portion of our time discussing the possibilities for ministry in 2025, including:

• A retreat for youth leaders (A Friday to Saturday gathering)
• Magic Mountain or Amusement Park event for our churches.
• Restarting our youth leaders training program will unite youth from different churches for several weekend retreats to equip them for leadership.
• Gatherings on Zoom to focus on resources to help your youth ministry.

I hope you are planning on participating in the next Youth and Young Adult Retreat, which will be held March 28-30, 2025, at Camp Cedar Crest. If you have participated in previous years, please plan on coming, and if you haven't brought a group or it's been a few years, please consider coming in 2025. Get the date on your calendar!

The remaining portion of our meeting will be spent developing the retreat theme and setting up the planning team. If you want to give your input on the theme, join in! If you want to be a part of the planning, stay on!
