Now Available! Regional Fact Sheets for
3-Year Planning
You can now access your consortium's 2019 fact sheet online! We've created a dedicated webpage with colorful and user-friendly charts and graphics that allows you to enter the name of your consortium to pull up regional demographics.

Among the data you will find an at-a-glance graphic, as well as information about age and gender, race and ethnicity, English-language ability, educational attainment and more. This data is valuable to your three-year planning process.

LaunchBoard Adult Education Data Pipeline -
April Updates
Below are April updates for the LaunchBoard Adult Education Data Pipeline.

New comparison view:  Build 2.5 of the LaunchBoard Adult Education (AE) Pipeline now includes a detailed comparison feature. This feature will allow users to make comparisons for all metrics available in the dashboard showing both selections on the same graph for the AEP scorecard and for the "Detailed Data" views where tables are also displayed under the graphs to show the detailed data for the two levels selected. If a disaggregated view is desired, then data such as ethnic categories are displayed for each comparison selection. Be sure to check it out and start comparing your program to the region or state or another institution.

LaunchBoard tab now accessible to all consortia members: As of Tuesday, access to the AE Data Pipeline is now open to the public, meaning that any consortium member, regardless of whether its institution has an MOU with CalPASS, can access consortium- or institution-level data for planning and program improvement.

Planning for Build 3.0 of the AE Pipeline has begun:  The LaunchBoard development team from WestEd and RP Group have begun planning for Build 3.0, which will be available sometime next program year. The team is working closely with CASAS to review all the calculations used by CASAS and the LaunchBoard to resolve discrepancies between the LaunchBoard and CASAS CAEP quarterly reports, and we are working to expand the data points and metrics that will be available in the new build.
