After the Hurricane

After Hurricane Helene hit Northeast Tennessee at the end of September, ISC had to cancel the National Storytelling Festival. What happened next warmed our hearts: the storytelling community mobilized to support our beloved town of Jonesborough and the surrounding communities.

Storytelling Live Encores

This holiday season, we're offering two special encore series to close out the 2024 season of Storytelling Live. The first is an exclusive show with Michael Reno Harrell and Josh Goforth, whose music and stories will launch the holiday season. Join us Friday, December 6th, at 2 and 7:30 p.m.

Tim Lowry's Holiday Concerts

Our second holiday encore has become a cherished ISC tradition: Tim Lowry performing "A Christmas Carol," the classic story by Charles Dickens. Join us Friday, December 13th only, with two showings at 2 and 7:30 p.m.
