Regions is a proud supporter of the Cape Foundation.
To help expand the benefits of Cape Foundation's Nonprofit Education Fund, Vice Presidents Shelley Fischer and Dave Smeltzer presented a $11,755 donation to help train executive leaders and volunteers at small-staffed nonprofit organizations in leadership development, fundraising strategies, organizational development and volunteer engagement.
"This donation will enable us to grow the Nonprofit Education Fund, teaching nonprofits in volunteer and community engagement infrastructure and developing a sustainable funding strategy," said Michael Chatman, President of the Cape Foundation.
"Regions is honored to be a sponsor and supporter of the Cape Foundation and contribute in a way that exemplifies one of Regions guiding principles - to give back to the communities we serve," said Dave Smeltzer, Vice President at Regions.
