At the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Hillar Moore, the District Attorney in East Baton Rouge Parish, Lousiana, recognized that his office would need to take proactive steps to maintain contact with victims of crimes. CNA & NDAA will host a virtual discussion highlighting the steps the office took to ensure that victims of crime, specifically domestic violence, had access to victim services and how their office was able to remain connected with victims of crime.
