In response to the April 29 direction letter from the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) extending the operation of the MHSW Program to September 30, 2021, Stewardship Ontario will be consulting on necessary amendments to MHSW Wind Up Plan.

The amendments to the Wind Up Plan must be submitted to the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) by May 31, 2021. The Minister anticipates that RPRA will approve the amended plan no later than June 30, 2021.

During the consultation webinar Stewardship Ontario will review necessary changes to MHSW Program wind up reporting deadlines for stakeholders and update financial information in relation to the extension. Please register for the webinar using the link below:
