We’ll kick off the day hearing from Sangeetha Rai, vice president technology customer success at Northwestern Mutual, as she sits down with two-time Olympic gold medalist, FIFA World Cup Champion and six-time winner of the U.S. Soccer Athlete of the Year award winning Abby Wambach to talk about lessons learned on the field and off in leadership, equality and inclusion. 

Neal Sample, chief information officer at Northwestern Mutual, will gather a group of his peers across the industry for an engaging roundtable discussion about leading with inclusivity.    
Laura Deaner, Northwestern Mutual’s vice president and chief information security officer will welcome Reshma Saujani, leading activist and founder of Girls Who Code and the Marshall Plan for Moms highlighting her experience in more than a decade building movements to fight for women and girls’ economic empowerment and close the gender gap in tech.  
Throughout the day we’ll hear from 60 speakers representing 30 companies presenting on technical topics from cybersecurity to modernization and accessibility as well as development conversations about closing the gender gap, embracing ambiguity and harnessing your own career growth.
