The Diocese of Kentucky will host
a Brennan Lecture Series with
Professor Miroslav Volf, Henry B. Wright Professor of Systematic Theology, and Founding Director, Yale Center for Faith & Culture,
on Saturday, December 16,
9:30am - 3:00pm ET
at Christ Church Cathedral.
In his lecture, Dr. Volf will introduce participants to the themes of his book (co-authored with Ryan McAnnally-Linz), The Home of God.
Participants will take part in a workshop focused on Chapter 6 of The Home of God - "Life in the Household." Small groups will discuss how we live out or hope to live out the commandment given by Jesus to love one another. Dr. Volf will lead us in exploring "a vision that can inspire creative Christian living in our various homes today in faithfulness to God's ongoing work."
