Welcome to Spring Institute 2026

Wednesday, January 7 – Friday, January 9


Spring Institute 2026 will feature engaging professional development sessions designed to support professional growth and encourage cross-campus learning among faculty and staff. All members of the Lincoln University professional community are expected to participate.


Please use the registration link below to select the sessions you plan to attend. Early registration is encouraged, as space is limited. Attendance will be tracked, and professional development credit will be awarded for each session attended in full.

Faculty are required to attend the all-day Faculty Institute on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. A detailed agenda for the Faculty Institute will be shared in a separate communication, so please watch your inbox for additional information. Faculty may also choose to participate in optional professional development and training sessions on Thursday and Friday, January 8–9.


Staff are required to attend at least two professional development and training sessions offered Wednesday through Friday, January 7–9. Additional sessions beyond the required two are optional and strongly encouraged.


Please note that all sessions scheduled for Friday, January 9, will be held virtually. Zoom links will be emailed to registered participants closer to the event date using the email address provided during registration.


Faculty and staff will receive professional development credit for each professional development or training session attended in full.


Professional Development Requirements for Staff

  • Part-Time Staff: Eight (8) hours per academic year
  • Full-Time Staff: Sixteen (16) Hours per academic year
  • Supervisors: Twenty (20) hours per academic year
