Utilizing building automation, data, analysis, and diagnostic methods to create value. The use of analytics provides a better understanding of building and equipment performance allowing historical trending, pattern recognition, and correlation between the cause and effect, of issues and events, occurring or not occurring in building equipment and subsystems.
