Please join us for our next Transportation Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lunch & Learn on October 19, 2021 from 12:30-1:00 pm ET. This session will feature Ranjit Godavarthy and Jeremy Mattson of North Dakota State University as they provide a summary of the Tribal Transit Study: Demographic Needs Indicators, Funding Needs, and Livability, published by the Small Urban and Rural Center on Mobility (SURCOM).
 
This presentation will examine the transportation needs of tribal communities, related to geographic characteristics that create challenges in meeting those needs, trends in tribal transit operations and funding, and the role of transit in livability and quality of life in tribal communities in the United States.
