Preparing for COVID-19 Vaccine Administration
to Homebound Patients
Many home-based primary care (HBPC) programs are still waiting to receive supplies of COVID-19 vaccines to administer to their homebound patients, and the situation is understandably frustrating. With vaccine roll-out plans and protocols varying by state and institution, it's no surprise that available guidance is limited in just how to acquire the needed vaccines.
There is, however, still much to be learned from HBPC programs that have been able to start administering the COVID-19 vaccines to their patients and household caregivers. In this webinar, these programs will highlight their lessons learned and describe the logistics and planning you can (and should) be putting into place now to ensure your practice is “ready to go” once you receive vaccines.
