Dear Board Members:
The KRJ Management master insurance program will be renewing on April 1, 2024. Your Association currently participates in the “Single-Family” program. This is the program that provides coverage for the common areas only (Units not included).
This email is to invite you join us for a webinar to discuss the marketing process and give you a preview of what you should expect to see on your renewal summary, to be delivered around March 8th.
A brief preview of the webinar:
- The Single-Family program will no longer be written on a typical “master” policy (1 policy insuring 50+ associations). The current carrier, Philadelphia, decided to move away from offering these master policies and instead offer individual quotes for each Association. The premium volume that KRJ places will be considered, and appropriate credits applied accordingly.
- As is the case each year, multiple carriers will be approached in addition to the current carrier. The top 3 options will be presented on each renewal summary.
- One benefit of note that will come with the move to individual policies is that the policies will be “portable”. If there is a change in management, Alliant cannot guarantee subsequent renewal offers or rate credits by program carriers.
The webinar will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 21 and will last approximately 30 minutes, with 15-20 minutes at the end for Q&A. The webinar will be recorded for those that are not able to attend the live session.
