Emerging Claims Handling Issues for Insurance Professionals

Changes and advances in society often make their way into claims — even before they make it into the news. Insurance professionals are generally ahead of the curve then, with respect to changes in society. But the changes that we experienced over the past 12 months are probably more far-reaching and different than any similar period in history.

Join us as we decode the impacts on claims handling in these areas:
  • COVID-19
  • Use and misuse of social media
  • Changes in technology
  • Legalization of certain previously controlled substances
  • Changes and advancements in healthcare
CE CREDIT
CE credit is only approved for Adjuster credit (1 hour) in the following states: Florida, Kentucky, New Hampshire (work comp) and Texas. Within a few days after the webinar, the CEU Institute will be reaching out via email to verify licensing information to post credit. Please check your “junk/spam” folder as sometimes the email will be sent there.

Note: If attendees are licensed in other states, that state must be approved in order for CEU to post credit to that state. CE credits are not like licenses, which can be reciprocal with other states.
