NYSDA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2019–2022) in traditional and non-traditional formats. This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for experienced attorneys–a maximum of 2.0 credit hours, of which 1.0 credit hour can be applied toward Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias. Only experienced attorneys may earn credit in the Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias category of CLE credit for attending diversity programs. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity.
