This training is designed for attorneys engaged in new cases and resentencing cases involving domestic violence survivor-clients that may be subject to the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act (DVSJA) with particular focus on the dynamics of domestic violence.

It is Part Three of a series of four program sessions on the DVSJA, including 1) DVSJA Basics and Procedures, 2) A Trauma-Informed Approach to the DVSJA, 3) Dynamics of Domestic Violence, and 4) The Use of Experts in DVSJA Cases.
