Join us for an informative CUP Connections dialogue as we discuss ways to yield new strategies and practices to safeguard self-care in this uncertain market. The current job landscape is complex, and professionals are beginning to activate new strategies for revenue building within their skillsets. In addition, Americans are understanding the importance of self-care and mental health more than ever and are focusing on living in a more proactive way versus in a reactionary way. This dialogue will examine ways to tap into our “resilience reserves” and focus on solutions to improve our self-care methods in order to face a turbulent market, if needed.
In this CUP Connections, participants will be able to ideate around ways to “think ahead” and prepare for the unknown by “thinking outside the box” and creating actionable avenues of different revenue streams with the expertise that they already have. This panel of female thought leaders will share their insights on how to move forward in full speed as the economy continues to shift. We will also feature some inspiring success stories from alumni of the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell.
