The WISH matching grant program offers up to $22,000 to eligible households, matching $4 for every dollar contributed by the first-time homebuyer. CAL-ALHFA is a non-profit organization with a broad based membership including public and private agencies which develop, finance, and administer programs to create affordable housing in California.
