Ruben Rodriguez is an experienced business professional with over 30 years of in-depth knowledge of finance and small business lending with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, and Hudson Valley Bank (Now Webster Bank). He joined the Business Consortium Fund in May 2012 and is involved in all aspects of the BCF with particular focus on managing the organization’s loan portfolio, including loan underwriting.
Before joining the BCF, Ruben managed the loan portfolio for Seedco Financial Services, Inc. (currently known as TruFund Financial Services, Inc.) a national non-profit organization that provides affordable capital, hands-on business assistance and solutions to small businesses, non-profit organizations, and real estate developers.
Ruben received his BA degree in Economics from Lehman College in the Bronx in 1989.

Danielle A. Davis
Vice President, Houston Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries- Diverse, Women and Veteran-Owned Businesses, Commercial Banker
Danielle A. Davis is a commercial banker with J.P. Morgan Chase’s Middle Market & Specialized Industries group. She is primarily focused on strategy execution, business development and growth of mid-size diverse, women and veteran-owned businesses in throughout the Southwest Segment, which includes the states of Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. Danielle has been with J.P. Morgan Chase for over 20 years. She started as an intern with INROADS and has never looked back. Prior to her joining the commercial bank in the business development group almost four years ago, she’s held various leadership roles in sales coaching and management throughout Consumer & Community Banking. Over the years, she has been involved with JPMC’s business resource groups, such as Houston’s Women on the Move chapter as a Marketing Chair and the Black Organization for Leadership Development’s Global Board as the Marketing and Advertising Chair. Currently she is the co-chair of the community service committee, supporting volunteerism for over 5,000 employees through the Houston Location Leadership Program.
Danielle earned her BBA in Marketing and Advertising and MBA from Eastern Michigan University. She is actively involved in the community through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Black Girls CODE and as the Vice President of Young Alumni with INROADS. Recently she accepted a board member position with The Edison Arts Foundation, Inc. In her spare time she is a foodie, loves to shop until she drops, attend live concerts and travel the world, visiting 15 countries and counting.

Talk business! Network and most of all RELAX and HAVE FUN during SMSDC's Golf Tournament on Friday, June 23rd.
The tournament features a scramble format with a 8 a.m. Shotgun start. Golfers will have chances to win raffle prizes and participate in contest such as closest to the pin and longest drive. You don't have to be a pro golfer to attend! All levels of golfers welcomed! If you don't golf, join us anyways and drive a cart through the course, take pics and post on social media!
