Recognized Neighborhoods can win up up $200 for their participation in the City of Concord's litter sweeps.
Groups can be as small as two people or as large as 25, the important thing is to make an impact in our community. The top three neighborhoods will be awarded $100, $150, or $200 for their efforts and participation.
