I have been working out for my entire life with all types of exercise. Never have I found a program that trains the entire body and mind the way Workout Bandits does. When they say, “Fit Mind, Fit Body!” they mean it—literally! My core is stronger, I have more definition in my arms, and all with no weights. My reflexes are quicker, and my balance is solid. I’m now aware that working out is so much more than dull, unstructured, repetitive moves. At WB, you learn to breathe correctly, to connect the physical and mental actions through visualization that greatly improves your “situational awareness” making complex moves and reflexes second nature—they feel natural. One of the most important aspects of the Workout Bandits program (besides switching it up each day so I never get bored) is what our Instructors call, “Functional Movement Skills-based Training.” For as long as I’ve been a ‘fitness nut’ I’ve never come across a program that teaches you so many practical and necessary skills while, at the same time, getting you in top physical condition.

NOTE: Due to the diversity and level of intensity of the routines, attendees (online or at facility) are required to attend a live/virtual 365 Trainer Fit-Camp™ prior to participation in the Workout Bandits™ routines.


This skills training camp will prepare a Member to participate in any routine with confidence and a sense of awareness and expectation that will make their experience feel familiar and not awkward. Membership includes access to all 20 Full-Body, Functional Movement Routines.

Our training system provides routines for every fitness level whether you are just beginning your journey to a Fit Mind...Fit Body, or you are an athlete or anywhere in between. The Workout Bandits™ routines range from Moderate to Intense as shown below. Training includes modifiers so you can attend any class with confidence! And, modifications are used by our Members to customize and create additional intensity to any routine, making the elements of the program nearly limitless!

Together we will help you surpass your health and fitness goals whether that is attaining overall general wellness, or learning mental and physical skills that include Martial Arts. In Martial Arts students are awarded a 'belt color' to reflect a specific level of achievement such as 'white' (beginner) to 'black' (expert.) At Workout Bandits we have four levels of accomplishment. Our Members can earn their way to the equivalent level of "BLACK BELT!" and awarded bracelets as shown below.

How the Bandit Pass works and what is included…

The Bandit Pass is a pay-as-you-use program which means you attend 10 classes before you need to purchase more. You can attend 10 classes during any given month or use 1 class a week for 10 weeks (certainly not recommended if you are seriously looking for some amazing changes in your level of fitness!) You will not pay for any time not used. Rather than pay a monthly set rate, you only pay for the number of classes you attend.
