About the Program
Master the key rules of the Code of Evidence, including admissibility, limits of witness testimony, the hearsay rule and its exceptions, opinion and expert testimony, and authentication of physical evidence.

Attendees will participate in exercises, in which they seek to admit and exclude different types of evidence in various settings.
