Yoga
Join us for a vinyasa style Yoga class where each student will learn to move into fundamental yoga postures, practice breath techniques and journey into fun advanced poses in time. Students will be given the opportunity to learn the foundations of a safe and sustainable yoga practice so they can build into more challenging poses. Each class will be a multilevel yoga experience that is available to all students. We will create a safe, supportive and non-competitive atmosphere while building community.
Some benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, strength and focus, building self-esteem and learning how to reduce stress through practicing yoga on and off the mat. Multilevel proper alignment in postures, relaxation techniques and breath work will all be covered in this class. Expect a fun playlist with energetic music throughout.
