We are pleased to announce that ClientTrack training sessions are now available for registration!
From June 6th - June 23rd, we will provide baseline, current HMIS user training for our new software, ClientTrack. These trainings are scheduled for 3 hours and 30 minutes each and will cover our annual Privacy and Security training along with baseline functionality and workflows in ClientTrack. Each session will be capped at 30 registrants, so register quickly to grab your preferred time and date.
If none of the below times and dates work with your team's availability, please reach out to the HMIS helpdesk by submitting a ticket to hmis@hsncfl.org to request additional scheduling. Additionally, if you have a larger team that can be available for one training session and prefer an in-person training, you may reach out for additional scheduling. We have limited slots available, these slots will be first-come, first-serve.
If you have new users needing training, please submit a training ticket to the HMIS helpdesk as normal. We will offer New User trainings on Tuesdays starting June 14th.
To register:
- Click the link on your preferred date and time.
- Enter your name and email address in the registration form.
- Click "Register".
- Your registration will be manually approved and details to join the training will be sent out upon approval.
- Due to the registration cap, you may not be able to register for your first choice of date and time. Please select a new date and time.
