Tyson Foods will be one of the first major companies to drop one of the so-called "big three" of the PBM industry by moving on from its long-term contract with CVS Health's Caremark to sign on with Rightway. The Pulse of the Purchaser survey gauges concerns and approaches of employers to a wide variety of issues. Among key findings: As employer concerns about healthcare affordability are skyrocketing, less than half are confident in the integrity of services and fees charged by hospitals, pharmacy benefit managers, third-party administrators, and even brokers and consultants.
