Was your home damaged during Ida flooding in September 2021? The New York State Ida Disaster Case Management Program is now available to any impacted resident who, at the time of the storm, lived in the Hudson Valley counties of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster or Westchester. Confidential and free services are available, via nonprofit providers, to households of any immigration status.
Any head of household can now conveniently register for intake either online or via phone. Once registered, you will be contacted for assessment, to determine your eligibility for a host of free services – including, but not limited to, case management, financial assistance, FEMA or insurance appeals, repair quotes and other service referrals. Our Disaster Case Managers will then help you navigate those services for which you are eligible.
To register, visit www.NYSidaHELP.org or call (332) 400-1957 during business hours. Interpretation services are available for languages other than English.
