Due: April 25 - Registration is on a "First Come, First Serve" basis.
Step 1: Register at www.lvr.org
-Click "Register Now"
-As a parent, create a username and password
-Once logged in, click "+ add person" under the account members tab to create a profile
for your youth.
-Click the "Register" box
-Select Camp Session "Week 08 Kansas July Camp" - Password: LVR21KansasDistrict
-Make sure to designate your home church.
-On one of the first registration pages, it will ask for transportation instructions. Please
fill out as follows
-Who will transport the youth: "The Kansas District"
-Who may transport the youth: Put your own name or any relative that may be
called to pick up the youth in case of an emergency or alteration of plans.
-Who may not transport the youth: Anyone who you specifically deny
permission to pick up your youth.
Step 2: CLICK HERE to download the District required physical and release forms.
-Please be aware of the physician signature required form. The physical must have
been completed within 12 months of the camp start date.
Step 3: Write a check payable to Christ Lutheran Church for the deposit amount, or the entire amount of $450.
Step 4: Turn in District forms and deposit to "The Box" outside of the Next Generation Ministries office.
Due: May 24
