St. Michael's Sunday Drive-Thru Celebration
Thank you to all who participated in the St. Michael's Sunday Drive-Thru celebration. It was a joyous event filled with fun, fellowship, and fried chicken. The Watanabe Family won the prize for best decorated car with their amazing depiction of St. Michael slaying the dragon. Representatives from Last Days Apostolic Church attended the event and were grateful for your generous donations of school supplies. To see more pictures of the St. Michael's Sunday celebration, visit CSMSG on Facebook.
The Beatitudes Lesson Five:
Blessed Are the Meek
In this week's lesson, students learn about the third blessing and promise of the Beatitudes. They explore the concepts of meekness, land ownership, and caring for the planet. They will examine different ways we can show gentleness to ourselves, each other, and the earth.

Children's book recommendations to accompany this lesson are The Vast Wonder of the World: Biologist Ernest Everett, written by Melina Mangal and illustrated by Luisa Uribe; and Where Are You From? written by Yamile Saied Mendez and illustrated by Jamie Kim.
