This program will address how identifying educational issues and successfully advocating on behalf of clients can lead to positive outcomes in family court. Various family court-related educational issues will be covered, including educational neglect, school stability for children in foster care, and protecting parents’ rights when their children are placed in foster care or otherwise separated from them.
