ECHO Housing is funded by the City of Salinas to provide Fair Housing and Tenant/Landlord Counseling Services. ECHO is conducting weekly webinars to inform the public, particularly tenants and property owners, about the Salinas Limits on Evictions and the Tenant Protections Act of 2019. These webinars, in English and Spanish, provide information regarding the halt on evictions and foreclosures put in place by the City and additional State protections.
