Dear Springfield Public Schools community:

 

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for free to all in-person students each school day thanks to a waiver from the USDA. In addition there are options for in-person students to receive food for the weekend and for virtual students and children 18 years and under, who don't attend in-person or virtually, to receive seven (7) days of food each week.


You must register in advance to receive these meals. Please select the correct option below to receive meals/snacks. If your child is attending in-person or virtually, you will need their student ID number to register. You can obtain their student ID by accessing the Home Access Center or by contacting their school.

Option 1 - Weekend meals/snacks for in-person students

If you would like your in-person student to bring home two (2) snacks and two (2) lunches for the weekend, please click on the in-person student link below by Tuesday, Aug. 24, to register.

Option 2 - Meals for virtual students OR children 18 years and under who are not attending in-person or virtually

For virtual students and anyone 18 years old and under who is not attending in-person or virtually, meals and snacks can be picked up at designated sites. Sign up by Friday, Aug. 20, to receive meals on the first pick-up day which will be Tuesday, Aug. 24. Registered individuals will receive five (5) breakfasts, seven (7) lunches, five (5) dinners, and two (2) snacks. View the pick up schedule here. Note: Pick-up dates are subject to change if school is canceled on a pick-up day due to inclement weather.


When picking up meals/snacks, please provide student’s name and ID number for virtual student's meal/snack pick up and parent's name for children 18 and under who do not attend in-person or virtually to ensure your order is correct.
