Every Friday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. – from March 3rd onward – we’ll be offering yoga as an extension of our Women’s Lounge activities. Yoga mats and light snacks are provided. Email or call to register each week.

The NYWC tablet-lending library allows women facing digital barriers to borrow a data-enabled device to access our online programs. Call or email to learn more. 

Thanks to all who attended and contributed to our recent Black History Month event in collaboration with the Ghanaian Canadian Association of Ontario (GCAO). As Maud Cole said, “It was a memorable night as we celebrated some of the great contributions that African descendants have been making to Canada, and around the world… We also discussed the need for ongoing work to combat and support individuals faced with the challenges of racial inequality and gender based violence.”
