MONET Digital Navigation Training Cohort for Baltimore Digital Inclusion Leaders

UME Marylanders Online, in partnership with the Baltimore Digital Equity Coalition (BDEC), is now accepting applications for a free Baltimore MONET training cohort starting on August 18 and running until November 22, 2025.

The Marylanders Online Navigator Education Toolkit (MONET) is a hybrid train-the-trainer program designed for Maryland residents and the organizations that serve them. The curriculum equips community partners with the skills and resources needed to deliver essential digital navigation services in their communities. Learn more about MONET.

The Baltimore MONET cohort will offer a comprehensive learning experience, featuring self-paced asynchronous modules, required in-person workshops, and optional virtual office hours. This no-cost training program is open to 100 participants and will award a certificate of completion to those who successfully complete all program components. Registration closes August 17, 2025. Priority will be given to applicants who live or work in Baltimore City or Baltimore County. Click here for more information about the Baltimore MONET training cohort.

A second MONET training cohort will be offered for individuals outside of Baltimore City and County. This training will coincide with the 2025 Maryland Digital Opportunity Summit. To be notified when registration opens, please sign up for the UME Marylanders Online newsletter by clicking here.
