OLLI at SOU Summer Office Hours (June 9-August 29):

Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., closed Fridays.

It's going to be a great celebration! Our 10th Annual OLLI Open House will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 1-4 p.m., on the main floor of the SOU Stevenson Union. Free parking will be provided in SOU Lot 36.

Announcing the 2025-26 OLLI Council

The 2025-26 OLLI Council is now in place to oversee the governance of OLLI at SOU. The three-year terms are staggered to ensure continuity of leadership. At the July meeting, Council voted to install Fernando Gapasin in the vacant seat created by the resignation of Jane Ballback. As the candidate with the next highest vote total in our recent election, Fernando joins Council and brings a wealth of skills and experiences.

Love to be Outdoors?

Be part of the team that keeps our SOU Campbell Center looking beautiful! Help maintain the garden around our OLLI campus. Needs: some planting but mostly weeding, leaf-blowing, pruning and plucking. Time: three-plus hours per month. Email Program Specialist, Megan Rutherford at rutherfordm@sou.edu to join this fun and hard-working group!

Zentangle SIG

(Shared Interest Group)

All interested OLLI members are invited to the second meeting of our new Zentangle SIG on Thursday, July 24, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Campbell Center. Discover the relaxing, creative world of Zentangle with our new SIG! Designed for those already familiar with the Zentangle Method, this group offers a space to share techniques, inspiration, and the joy of drawing tangles together. Bring your own supplies (tiles, micron pens, pencils, scrubbers, etc.) and join us for our first meeting.
