Our HEART Learning Collaborative will offer technical assistance, knowledge dissemination, and collective learning opportunities to teams of healthcare workers and educators collaborating on school-based mental health supports.

  • the structure of our HEART Learning Collaborative

  • why this initiative is so critical to the New England region.

The HEART Collective works to enhance collaborations between community health centers and schools to support positive mental health and well-being for youth in a school-based setting.
Our mission is to enhance school culture and prepare professionals in education and mental health to improve and support the mental health and resiliency of school-aged children in the New England region, particularly those who have/are at-risk of experiencing trauma.

The New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center is funded by the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and is part of the Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (MHTTC) Network.
